Bi-weekly meetings and continued support to a group of queer writers in BC.
Shut Up and Write Vancouver (September 2024 - Present)
Weekly meetings on Saturdays from 10am-12pm at the VPL. 2 hours of writing and then an optional discussion hour from 12-1pm to discuss your work and provide support to other writers.

Trained new internal users across all departments on the company’s products to help them ramp quicker and assist customers faster.
Managed the onboarding workload of three people due to a maternity leave and a sudden departure.

Managed the software implementation and trained all new users on travel/tourism marketing solutions.
Managed large-scale photo/video migrations into a new Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and reduced the time of these projects by over 30 days.
